"Whatever Happened to Abigail Prescott" is the nineteenth episode of the sixteenth season of Murdoch Mysteries and the two hundred fifty-eighth episode of the series (not including the three stand-alone holiday specials). It first aired on February 27, 2023.
Summary
To prove Dr. Ogden's innocence in the death of an alderman's wife, Detective Murdoch pursues the politician with a vengeance.
Ogden is sentenced to three years in prison for the death of Abigail Prescott, the abused wife of a nefarious alderman. Convinced Prescott fatally dosed his wife with laudanum, Murdoch pursues the cocky politician with a vengeance.
