"Star Bright Club" (first known as the Salon) is introduced in Season 15 of Murdoch Mysteries. An establishment conceived by Cassiopeia Bright and financed by Violet Hart; A partnership with a rocky start that has proven to be a successful one.

The "Star Bright Club" is where patrons can listen to live contemporary music - from ragtime to ever-evolving jazz. It has also been the scene of a crime – more than once. Thus, shutdown by the Toronto Constabulary and re-opened.
