Simn Brooks is the stepson of Edna Brooks and the son of Archibald Brooks, introduced in Season 8 of Murdoch Mysteries, portrayed by Percy Hynes-White.
Appearances and Mentions
On the Waterfront Part 1
- Simon is arrested by Crabtree for stealing a man's pocket watch with a threat of going to Don Jail. After he is brought home, Crabtree realizes that his stepmother is his former love interest Edna Brooks (née Garrison), and covers for his crime. Though Edna doesn't believe George, she allows Simon to get something to eat. Edna not believing George's story implies that Simon is a mischievous boy who regularly gets into trouble.

- He confesses to George that he knows his father will not return from the Boer War, because he spied his mother getting a letter that made her cry.
