Quinn is a union troublemaker introduced in Season 13 of Murdoch Mysteries, portrayed by Anthony Gerbrandt.

Bad Pennies][]
- First seen being chased by Robert Parker through the streets of Toronto and escapes the police when Constable Crabtree knocks out Parker and is distracted by Higgins' call for help.
- In a bar where Higgins is in his cups whining to George about not being able to provide for his wife, the easedropping Quinn tells the drunk it is his lucky day and offers him a job after his friend leaves.
- Later Quinn is rallying the stevedores, including Higgins, to incite a riot: "Vance has got the Mayor down at the docks right now, your territory, your workplace, telling him what a bunch of layabouts you are". The stevedores pledge to tell the Mayor, Vance, and the whole damn city that they deserve a living wage!
- Unluckily for him, in the midst of the mayhem, Quinn is fatally shot.
