Mayor Clarkson is the mayor of Toronto who Murdoch consults with on cases that threaten the entire city. (In the photo he is second from the left.)
Appearance
Though Clarkson isn't a bad man, he is constrained by the limits of governmental office. He was almost killed during the events of Blast of Silence, but Murdoch arrives in time with Wallace Pike who disarms the bomb. Afterwards, he reunites happily with his family, though Mr. Pike commits suicide right in front of him.
