Katherine Barrington was a nurse at the Greyson Institute, introduced in Season 1 of Murdoch Mysteries, portrayed by Catherine McGregor.

- Barrington was aware of the events that took place at Wykeham Lodge, leading to the death of Binney's fiance, Sophia Chaucer. Barrington had arranged a meeting with Murdoch to inform him of the details but was killed before Murdoch arrived.
