The Graphizer was created by Murdoch to solve a mystery in Season 4. Murdoch used this device to evaluate sound waves underwater – what we’d call sonar today – in Confederate Treasure, and we’ve seen it evolve to solve future cases, notably in Journey to the Centre of Toronto.
