Graham Clegg is known for his work on Chilly Beach (2003), Murdoch Mysteries (2008) and Traders (1996).
Clegg was co-producer all 13 episodes of Season 5 (2012). He was also the supervising producer on The Pinkertons (2015).
Graham Clegg died April 30, 2019, at the Toronto Western Hospital. Graham had a distinguished career in television as a script writer. With his ever-present cat, Tuco by his side, he wrote for many productions including: Traders, Stickin' Around, Cold Squad, Show Me Yours, Godiva's, ReGenesis and Murdoch Mysteries.
His career work earned him seven screenwriting nominations: one from Gemini Awards, the others from the Writers Guild of Canada. Graham was extremely devoted to and proud of the work he accomplished in both television and the film industry, as a writer and producer. He was always interested in and compassionate about people, especially the less fortunate.
Graham Clegg was the beloved son of Kent Clegg and Mary Clegg, and the beloved brother of Deborah Clegg (Jeff Crook). Graham is also survived by his partner, Shannon Farr, his niece Hanna Crook and nephew Aiden Crook as well as his aunt, Margaret Terry (Bill) and many cousins.
A Celebration of Life for Graham was held on Monday, July 8 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Oakville Club, 56 Water Street, Oakville, ON L6J 2Y3.
