Humble Heroes and New Adventures is the final episode of Murdoch Mysteries: The Curse of the Lost Pharaohs.
Summary[]
After the explosion, police and soldiers rush to the scene, however, George narrates they were too late...as they weren't needed anymore. The bank is a total mess, and our gang is a little worse for wear. George emerges from behind a damaged door, while Brackenreid finds himself lying on the thugs, who are all knocked out. Will is on the floor, and they help him up.
Murdoch explains that the charges on the bomb must have detonated, but since George disconnected the bio-weaponry, all they got was an extremely strong blast of hot air. However, Sekhmet appears to have escaped, leaving his mask behind.
The queen thanks the gang for saving her, and offers them the position of her private security force at Buckingham Palace. However, a constable whispers into Murdoch's ear that there's trouble, and our heroes leave to continue to protect the city they love...Toronto.
With a chic "Til we meet again," the queen dismisses them, while the four awkwardly exit. When questioned, Murdoch explains that a scientist's experiment has gotten loose: a mechanized arachnid of gargantuan proportions. (Aka giant metal spider)
Though George wishes he could rest, he knows that the four have sworn to defeat any threat that comes their way, and so, once again, embark on adventure.
