Eunice McGinty was a ladies' companion to Mrs. Shryer of Niagara Falls, where she worked alongside a con artist called Brigitte Klein, introduced in Season 1 of Murdoch Mysteries.

- McGinty either killed herself or was murdered by Klein. She was thrown from the top of the falls. Klein then assumed her identity and moved to Toronto where she engaged in a plot to marry Wendell Merrick to get access to his family business. The plot was uncovered by Detective William Murdoch and Klein was arrested.
