- In 1892, Constable Morrison rushed to the Grand Theatre when Virgil Smart was found dead there.
- In 1895, the case was re-opened as a murder case and Morrison was again called to the theatre to assist Detective William Murdoch with the investigation.

- Since Murdoch was not initially familiar with Morrison we can assume that Morrison did not work out of Station House Four.
