Bishop (aka Trevor Cross) is Rodney Strong's personal secretary in Great Balls of Fire, Part 1 and 2.

Trevor Cross caused the Atherly family considerable embarrassment by entering in a romantic relationship with Elizabeth Atherly; a gardener with a member of the aristocracy does not happen back in England. The affair was swiftly terminated by Lady Atherly forbidding Elizabeth from seeing him again.

Trevor Cross immigrated to Canada, changed his identity, and secured the position with the wealthy eligible bachelor Rodney Strong . When the Atherly women arrive in Toronto, he plots to have Elizabeth marry his rich employer– even if it means killing anyone who stands in the way.

Great Balls of Fire, Part 2

Murdoch discovers Bishop's true identity when Lady Atherly recognizes him at the train station.
